| In conjunction with the re-opening and revitilization of downtown Oconomowoc and its local businesses after major road construction, Theatre on Main presents Idol Mainia, a Geordie A. Markham memorial event. In recognition of his passion for music, this special function promotes local youth to showcase their vocal talents and abilities. |  |
| This solo vocal competition will be held in our non-profit community venue for local youths aged 7-18. It takes place January 6th through the 17th, 2009. Participants will compete in three rounds with top scoring performers moving forward to the next level. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three competitors in two age brackets. | |

What do I need to do to sign up for Idol Mainia 2009?
- To begin the process, email name, age and address to idolmainia@gmail.com by 12/30/08. This will hold your contestant slot temporarily until entrance fee and foms are recieved. Please also include how you heard about Idol Mainia; posters, word-of-mouth, website, or newspaper.
- Print out the rules & signup form PDF and fill out.
- Mail in hard-copy of signed application, proof of age and $35 entrance fee. Must be postmarked by 12/30/08 deadline. Mail to:

- Arrive at Theatre on main on the assigned date according to email instructions
Orientation- Jan 5 (7 pm)
Round 1- January 6,7
Round 2- Jan 16
Round 3 Finale- Jan. 17.
*Contestants will need to arrive at theatre at 6 pm on event nights.
